Work one-on-one with Carter
Carter is currently accepting a small number of one-on-one clients that want a regular, wise witness to their lives. These therapeutic, dynamic, and creative sessions are available on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis.
Interested in learning to create a more attuned relationship to your body? Carter offers a six-week coaching package to explore your relationship to body image, eating, substance use, and movement in order to build a more intuitive connection to your whole self.
