Sacred Feminine Retreat with Haven Yoga

  • Doe Bay 107 Doe Bay Road Olga, WA, 98279 United States (map)

It's time to come home to your body. Join Carter as she co-facilitate a retreat with Jenny Wade of Haven Yoga and Karen Cirulli (trauma informed massage therapist and healer) at the Doe Bay Resort for a life changing weekend of healing body, mind, and soul. Step away from the stress in your life and profoundly shift the way you relate to your feminine body. Through expert teaching, soulful and accessible yoga, therapeutic touch, creative expression, and the cultivation of deep feminine community, you will leave renewed and inspired.

This will be unlike any retreat you've experienced before, featuring one on one conversations with Jenny and Carter, massage with Karen, delicious meals prepared by our private chef (Simone Pierson of Palate), and the gorgeous surroundings of Orcas Island and the Puget Sound. Our time together will deepen self-love, reconnect you to ancient ways of knowing, and provide a source for enduring confidence.

Jenny uses a blend of meditation, yoga, psychotherapy, creativity, and energy work to bring women back home to their bodies. Join her, Carter, and Karen for a weekend of reconnection, movement, wildness, and contemplation.

“Jenny led us in some exercises that helped me connect to deep places in my soul, making a lasting impression on me. I am a therapist and have done a great deal of work in the area of shame, but have had a difficult time with freedom in that area. The work we did led me to a new place that I have not experienced before. Thanks, Jenny! I am forever grateful. ” — Retreat participant, Spring 2017
